  "heading": "Directions to enforce compliance with Commission’s requirements",
  "text": "(1) If the Welsh Ministers are satisfied that a relevant authority has failed to comply with a requirement in an annual or supplementary remuneration report made under this Part, they may direct the authority to comply with the requirement.\n(2) A direction under this section must specify—\n(a) the requirement;\n(b) the reason for giving the direction;\n(c) the steps that the Welsh Ministers require the authority to take;\n(d) the date by which the Welsh Ministers require the authority to take the steps.",
