# The Denatured Alcohol (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st July 2013
The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 and section 5 of the Finance Act 1995.
