  "heading": "Citation and Commencement",
  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Denbighshire and Wrexham (Areas) Order 1996.\n(2) This Order shall come into force on:—\n(a) 1st January 1997 for any of the purposes set out in regulation 4(1) (coming into operation of Order) of the Regulations except the purpose referred to in paragraph (3) below;\n(b) 1st January 1997 for the purposes of articles 5(1) (in so far as it relates to articles 5(2) and (8)) (2) and (8), 6(1) (in so far as it relates to articles 6(2) and (8)) (2) and (8) and 10 of this Order; and\n(c) 1st April 1997 for all other purposes.\n(3) In the said regulation 4(1), item (e) shall not apply in relation to the constitution of the council of the new community of Llangollen Rural established under article 6(3).",
