Coming into force as provided in regulation 1
Whereas a draft of these Regulations, having been previously approved by the Privy Council, has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 45(9) of the Dentists Act 1984f1 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, the General Dental Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 45(7) of the Dentists Act 1984 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
