Regulation 10 Meetings and proceedings

The meetings and proceedings of the Board shall be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations and with Standing Orders made under paragraph (2).

Subject to the rules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations, the Board shall make, and may vary or revoke, Standing Orders for the regulation of its meetings, proceedings and business, which may include provision for suspension of the Standing Orders.

The proceedings of the Board shall not be invalidated by any vacancy in its membership or defect in the appointment or qualification of any member.
