(1)

The Board shall submit to the Secretary of State in each year a report relating to the exercise of its functions since the end of the period to which the report last submitted by the Board related.

(2)

The Board shall furnish the Secretary of State with such information relating to the exercise of its functions as the Secretary of State may require.
