Regulation 4 Constitution of the Board
The Board shall consist of—
(a)
a chairman and a vice-chairman who shall be dentists; and
(b)
six other members, of whom—
(i)
three shall be dentists;
(ii)
two shall be persons who are not and never have been dentists; and
(iii)
one shall be the chief officer for the time being of the Board.
