Regulation 7 Minor and consequential amendments of other Acts

In the following interpretation provisions, namely—

(a)

section 132(1) of the Medicines Act 1968^f1;

(b)

section 37(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971^f2; and

(c)

section 11(2) of the Poisons Act 1972^f3,

in the definition of “dentist”, for the words “EEC practitioners” there are substituted the words “EEA practitioners”.
