# The Dentists Act 1984 (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998, Article 2: Amendment of section 40 of the Dentists Act 1984


In section 40 of the Dentists Act 1984 (definition of business of dentistry), in subsection (2), after paragraph (ab) insert—
“(ac) by a person (other than one falling within paragraph (a) above) providing personal dental services under Article 15B of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, or”.
