# Dentists Act 1984, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Subject to paragraph 3 below, a diploma in dentistry granted in a relevant European State is an appropriate European diploma for the purposes of section 15(2ZA) of this Act if it is listed in Annex V, point 5.3.2 of the Directive and, it is accompanied, where appropriate, by the certificate listed in relation to that State in the column of Annex V, point 5.3.2 of the Directive entitled “Certificate accompanying the evidence of qualifications”.
