Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Deposit Guarantee Scheme Regulations 2015.
(2)
Subject to paragraph (3), the provisions of these Regulations come into force on 26th March 2015.
(3)
Regulations 5 and 7 come into force on 3rd July 2015.
