  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order establishes a further education corporation called Derby College under section 16(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 for the purpose of conducting the educational institution called by the same name. It appoints 1st January 2001 as the operative date for the purposes of Part I of that Act.",
