  "text": "(1) The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2015 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 13 (transitional provision) after “Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2,” insert “section 9 and Schedule 3”.\n(3) In the Schedule, after Part 3 insert —\n“Part 3A\nTransitional provision relating to the commencement of section 9 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Act.\nThe amendments made by section 9 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Act do not affect sections 151 and 152 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 as they apply to any policy or security that has been cancelled —\n(a) by mutual consent; or\n(b) by virtue of any provision contained in it,\nbefore 30th June 2015.”",
