  "text": "The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 6th April 2015—\n(a) section 62 (child trust funds: transfers) so far as not already in force;\n(b) section 63 (child trust funds: safeguards for children’s interests) so far as not already in force; and\n(c) section 76 (exhibition of films in community premises).",
