# The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015, Article 2: Provision relating to schools coming into force on 1st January 2016


The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 2 (home-school agreements) of Schedule 16 to the Deregulation Act 2015 (and section 66(5) of that Act so far as it relates to that paragraph) is 1st January 2016.
