This Order brings into force a provision of the Deregulation Act 2015 (“the Act”) that transfers the function of determining certain London street trading appeals under the London Local Authorities Act 1990f1 and the City of Westminster Act 1999f2 from the Secretary of State to the Magistrates’ Courts, which hears all other appeals under those Acts.

An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations.
