This Order brings into force specified provisions of the Deregulation Act 2015. This is the seventh commencement order made under the Deregulation Act 2015, and the provisions which it brings into force, amongst other things, amend provision in the Road Traffic Act 1998 which relates to the regulation of motor racing on public roads.
