Paragraph 2 Amendment of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014

The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014^f1 are amended as follows.

In paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 after “apprenticeship agreement within the meaning of section 32(1) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009” insert “or approved English apprenticeship agreement within the meaning of section A1(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009”.
