# The Deregulation Act 2015 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 3: The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992


In Schedule 2 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992 (amendments of acts)—
(a) omit paragraph 2 (obligation to hold EC certificate of conformity for certain unregistered vehicles);
(b) omit paragraph 7(2) (prosecution and punishment of offences).
