Paragraph 7 Amendment to Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972

In regulation 12 of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972^f1 (return of certificates to issuing company) omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
