# The Deregulation Act 2015 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 12: Amendment of the Education (Fees and Awards) (England) Regulations 2007


In regulation 9 (payments by the Secretary of State or the Chief Executive of Skills Funding) of the Education (Fees and Awards) (England) Regulations 2007 in each place it occurs omit “or the Chief Executive of Skills Funding”.
