  "text": "(1) The Education (Budget Statements) (England) Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), omit ““CE” means “the Chief Executive of Skills Funding”.”;\n(3) In Schedule 1, for “CE” in each place it occurs substitute “the Secretary of State”.",
