# The Deregulation Act 2015 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 16: Amendment of the Adult Skills (Specified Qualifications) Regulations 2010


In regulations 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9(1) and 9(2) of The Adult Skills (Specified Qualifications) Regulations 2010 for “the Chief Executive” in each place it occurs substitute “the Secretary of State”.
