# The Deregulation Act 2015 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015, Paragraph 21: Amendment of the Further Education Corporations (Publication of Proposals) (England) Regulations 2012


(1) The Further Education Corporations (Publication of Proposals) (England) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (time and manner of publication of draft orders), omit paragraph (4)(d).
(3) In regulation 3 (publication of proposals for dissolution of further education corporations), omit paragraph (6)(f).
