Paragraph 3 Amendment of the Council Tax (Discount Disregards) Order 1992
In paragraph 8(1)(b)(ii) of Schedule 1 (definition of students etc.) to the Council Tax (Discount Disregards) Order 1992f1, for “the Chief Executive of Skills Funding” substitute “under section 100 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009”.
