# Deregulation Act 2015, Paragraph 20


In section 90, in subsection (2), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—
“(a) an approved English apprenticeship, or
(b) any contract of employment (other than an approved English apprenticeship agreement) in connection with which training is provided.”
