# Deregulation Act 2015, Paragraph 3


(1) Section 101 of that Act (financial resources: conditions) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) after “may” insert “ (among other things) ”;
(b) omit paragraph (b).
(3) Omit subsections (4) and (5).
