# Deregulation Act 2015, Paragraph 30


In consequence of paragraph 29—
(a) omit section 184 (procedure for making exemption orders);
(b) in section 185 (annual report on exemption orders)—
(i) omit subsection (1)(b);
(ii) in subsection (2)(b), for “sections 183(4) and 184(2)” substitute “ section 183(4) ”;
(c) in section 208 (Ministers of the Crown, etc)—
(i) omit subsection (5)(g);
(ii) omit subsection (7)(a).
