# Deregulation Act 2015, Paragraph 16


(1) Section 103 (means tests) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “The Chief Executive” substitute “ For the purpose of the exercise of the powers under section 100(1)(c), (d) or (e), the Secretary of State ”.
(3) Omit subsection (2).
