(1) In the italic heading before section 117 (application for grant or renewal of personal licence), omit “and renewal”.
(2) In the heading, omit “or renewal”.
(3) Omit subsection (1).
(4) In subsection (2), after “An application” insert “ by an individual ”.
(5) Omit subsections (3), (4) and (6).
