  "text": "(1) Section 104 (prevention of regulatory conflict: accounts rules) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), after “conveyancer” insert “ or licensed CLC practitioner ”.\n(3) After subsection (2) insert—\n“(3) In this section “licensed CLC practitioner” means a person, other than a licensed conveyancer, who holds a licence under section 53 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.”",
