  "text": "(1) The Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Act 1993 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit section 1 (registration of disabled persons as driving instructors).\n(3) In section 2 (licences allowing disabled persons to give instruction so as to obtain practical experience), omit subsection (4).\n(4) In the Schedule (related and consequential amendments)—\n(a) omit paragraph 5(4);\n(b) omit paragraph 6(4) and (5);\n(c) omit paragraph 7(4).",
