# Deregulation Act 2015, Paragraph 11


(1) Omit section 6 (target investment limit for Government shareholding in successor company to British Steel Corporation).
(2) In consequence of sub-paragraph (1)—
(a) in section 4(1), omit “Subject to section 6(5),”;
(b) in section 13(2), omit “6 or”.
