  "text": "(1) Section 33 (reduction of rent where notice is given to quit part of holding) is amended as follows.\n(2) After subsection (2) (amount of rent reduction to be determined by arbitration, in default of agreement) insert—\n“(2A) Notwithstanding subsection (2) above, the tenant and landlord may instead refer for third party determination under this Act the question of the amount of any reduction of rent to which the tenant is entitled under this section.”\n(3) In subsection (3) (matters to be taken into account by arbitrator)—\n(a) after “arbitration” insert “ or third party determination ”;\n(b) after “arbitrator” insert “ or (as the case may be) the third party ”.",
