# Deregulation Act 2015, Paragraph 12

Status: prospective

(1) Schedule 15 (Procedure in connection with certain orders under Part 3) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, at the end, insert “ : Wales ”.
(3) In paragraph 13 (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (2), for the definition of “local authority” substitute—
““local authority” means a community council;”.
