  "text": "In regulation 3(1) (interpretation), at the appropriate place insert—\n““an NHS ambulance service” means—\n(a) an NHS trust or NHS foundation trust established under the National Health Service Act 2006 which has a function of providing ambulance services;\n(b) an NHS trust established under the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 which has a function of providing ambulance services;\n(c) the Scottish Ambulance Service Board;”.",
