  "text": "In regulation 3(2) (interpretation), in the Table at the appropriate place insert—\n“\nan NHS ambulance service\n(a) an NHS trust or NHS foundation trust established under the National Health Service Act 2006 which has a function of providing ambulance services;\n(b) an NHS trust established under the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 which has a function of providing ambulance services;\n(c) the Scottish Ambulance Service Board.\n”",
