  "text": "(1) In section 107 of the Licensing Act 2003 (counter notice where permitted limits exceeded), in subsection (4) (maximum number of events per year), for “12” substitute “ 15 ”.\n(2) The amendment made by this section has effect for the year 2016 and subsequent years.",
