Article 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Betting Licensing) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st September 1997.

(2)

In this Order “the 1963 Act” means the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963.

(3)

This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.
