  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Casinos) Order 1997.\n(2) This Order shall come into force 28 days after it is made.\n(3) Articles 2 and 3 of this Order do not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland; article 4 does not extend to Northern Ireland.",
