# The Deregulation (Friendly Societies Act 1992) Order 1996, Article 4: Five yearly statement of long term business


In section 46 of the 1992 Act (annual investigation into condition of certain societies)—
(a) subsection (6); and
(b) in subsection (7), the words “or statement”,
are repealed.
