# The Deregulation (Greyhound Racing) Order 1995, Article 6: Occupiers allowed certain bookmaking interests


Section 19 of the 1963 Act (occupier of licensed track not to have an interest in bookmaking thereon) shall be re-numbered so as to become section 19(1), and after the resulting subsection (1) there shall be inserted—
“(2) In the case of a track which is a dog racecourse, subsection (1) of this section shall only apply in relation to bookmaking in connection with races run on that track.”.
