# The Deregulation (Millennium Licensing) Order 1999, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Millennium Licensing) Order 1999 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
