# The Deregulation (Model Appeal Provisions) Order 1996, Paragraph 9: Acknowledgement and notification


(1) On receiving the notice of appeal and the additional material, the Registrar must in each case without delay—
(a) send an acknowledgement of its receipt to the appellant, and
(b) send a copy of it to the Authority.
(2) This rule is subject to rule 10.
