Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Motor Vehicles Tests) Order 1996.

(2)

This Order shall come into force at the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which it is made.

(3)

In this Order “the 1988 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1988.
