# The Deregulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, Article 6: Gaming machines in registered clubs


For Article 106(2) of the 1985 NI 11. Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (maximum number of gaming machines permitted in registered clubs) there shall be substituted—
“(2) Not more than 3 gaming machines (or such other number as the Department may specify, by order subject to affirmative resolution) shall be made available for gaming on those premises.”.
