Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Parking Equipment) Order 1996.

This Order shall come into force at the end of the period of 3 months beginning with the day on which it is made.

(3)

In this Order, “the 1984 Act” means the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
