  "text": "In section 35–\n(a) in subsection (1), the words “or diversion” and the words “or, as the case may be, portion of pipe-line to be diverted” shall be omitted,\n(b) subsections (2) and (3) are hereby repealed, and\n(c) in subsection (4), for “any of the foregoing subsections”, there shall be substituted “subsection (1) above”.",
