Paragraph 14

for paragraph (a), there shall be substituted–

“(a)

sends to the Secretary of State an application for the grant of a pipe-line construction authorisation or the making of a compulsory purchase or rights order, being an application which he knows to be false in a material particular, or recklessly sends to the Secretary of State such an application which is so false; or”, and

in paragraph (c), for the words from “paragraph (b)” to “thirty-five thereof”, there shall be substituted “subsection (1) of section thirty-five of this Act”.
