# The Deregulation (Restaurant Licensing Hours) Order 2002, Article 2


In section 95(3) of the Licensing Act 1964 (permitted hours in premises for which restaurant or residential and restaurant licence is in force) for the words “paragraph (a)” substitute “Paragraphs (a) and (b)”.
